1. In case a request is urgent, not standard, or is made by the Customer in the end of working days or on the Weekends, and which needs to be done urgently, Executor (Tour Operator) has to raise payment which should be determined as a coefficient of urgency. The volume of the coefficient is 25% of the cost of the service or attendance rendered. The request should be determined as urgent in case:
- the request is granted after 16:00 (4 p.m., local time) and needs to be done at the same day or in the next day before 12:00 (12 a.m., local time); - the request is granted on Friday after 15:00 (3 p.m., local time) and needs to be done at the same day or in the following on the Weekends.

2. When working out an individual, not standard tour by the Executor (Tour Operator), the Agreement should be concluded and the Customer should pay in the prepayment at the rate of 50 euro which will be subtracted from the cost of the tour in case of the sale of the tour. In case the Customer refuses from the tour, the prepayment is kept by the Executor (Tour Operator) automatically as the payment for the working out of the tour, i.e. costs of the work of the Executor (Tour Operator): working time of managers, intellectual work of managers, use of phones, the internet, and transport charges.

3. The night rate of the guide and transport services cost 40% over usual prices. The night rate is set from 0:00 to 6:00 (from 12 p.m. to 6 a.m.).

4. When requesting group or complex tours, all permanent partners get the 5-20% commission. Tour Agents should have an opportunity to keep back the 5-20% commission depending on the tour. A minimal guaranteed commission should be 5%.
