Discovering the Trans-Siberian Railway

Day 1
Moscow (Lunch / Dinner)
Arrival to Moscow, hotel accommodation, city tour, Red Square, Cathedral of Vasily Blazhenny, the Temple of Christ the Savior, the Kremlin, Arbat

Day 2
Moscow (Breakfast / Lunch)
Free time
Train to Yekaterinburg

Day 3
Whole day on Transsib (Dinner)
Arrival to Yekaterinburg. Transfer to the hotel

Day 4
Yekaterinburg (Breakfast / Lunch)
Bus excursion to the Europa-Asia Monument and visit of the Romanov's grave, sightseeing tour, Mineral museum. Free time for shopping. Transfer to the Railway station and departure (sleeping train to Novosibirsk)

Day 5
Whole day on Transsib (Dinner)
Arrival to Novosibirsk in the afternoon. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner at Russian restaurant.

Day 6
Novosibirsk (Breakfast / Lunch)
Sightseeing tour: Beryozka Museum, Opera house, Metro Station at Opera, A. Nevski Church and excursion to Akademgorodok incl. visit of the Railway museum. Transfer to the Railway station and departure (sleeping train to Krasnoyarsk)

Day 7
Krasnoyarsk & Nat. park Stolby (Breakfast / Lunch-picnic)
Arrival to Krasnoyarsk. Transfer to the hotel. Whole day visit of the Stolby national park incl. lunch-picnic. Return to Krasnoyarsk

Day 8
Krasnoyarsk & Transsib(Breakfast)
Free time - sightseeing without local guide in Krasnoyarsk. At noon transfer to the Railway station and departure (sleeping train to Irkutsk)

Day 9
Irkutsk-Baykal (Lunch)
Arrival to Irkutsk. Sightseeing of Irkutsk incl. Spaskaya church. Departure for Listvyanka settlement. Stop at the icebreaker MS Angara. Visit of the open air museum of Siberian wooden architecture. In the afternoon visit of the Baykal museum

Day 10
Baykal (Breakfast / Lunch)
Visit of the Shaman stone in Listvjanka, Departure to the sea port. Getting the ship. Whole day cruise + lunch-picnic with fish. At the evening return to Irkutsk

Day 11
(Breakfast)
Whole day on Transsib
Departure to Khabarovsk by train around the Baykal lake


Day 12
Whole day on Transsib (Dinner)
Arrival to Khabarovsk, transfer to the hotel

Day 13
Khabarovsk (Breakfast / Lunch)
City tour. The Museum of Peoples of the Far East. Free time. (sleeping train to Vladivostok)

Day 14
Vladivostok (Breakfast / Lunch)
Vladivostok – the last point of the Trans-Siberian Railway. City tour, see harbour, fishing harbour, the Museum of Vladivostok military fortress, Catholic Church. Transfer to the hotel

Day 15
Vladivostok (Breakfast)
Free time, transfer to the airport. Flight to Moscow
